Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Nuwa Cars website and the purchase or sale of vehicles with Nuwa Cars Limited. Please read them carefully.
01About these terms
By using this website, reserving a vehicle, or entering into a sale or purchase agreement with Nuwa Cars Limited (“Nuwa Cars”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
02Vehicle listings
We take care to ensure that every listing is accurate, including price, mileage, specification and history. Mileage figures are correct at the time of photography and may increase slightly through test drives and preparation. Images are of the actual vehicle unless stated otherwise.
All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors and to withdraw or amend a listing at any time before a sale is agreed.
03Reservations
You may reserve a vehicle by paying a ₹50,000 reservation deposit. The deposit holds the vehicle for seven days, during which no other customer may purchase it. If you decide not to proceed, the deposit is refunded in full. If you proceed, the deposit is deducted from the purchase price.
04Purchase and payment
A binding contract is formed when we issue a sales invoice and you accept it. Full payment, or completion of a finance agreement, is required before the vehicle is released or delivered. We accept bank transfer, debit card and approved finance. We do not accept cash payments above the limits set by anti-money-laundering regulations and may ask for identification.
05Delivery and handover
Complimentary delivery is offered to mainland UK addresses. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by preparation, finance or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the vehicle passes to you at handover; ownership passes once payment has cleared in full.
06Warranty and your rights
Every vehicle is supplied with a 12-month Nuwa Cars warranty, the terms of which are provided at handover. This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject a vehicle that is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described.
07Distance sales and cancellation
If you purchase a vehicle without visiting the showroom, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. The vehicle must be returned in the condition it was delivered, with reasonable use only. Return transport costs may be deducted from your refund unless the vehicle was faulty or misdescribed.
08Selling your vehicle to us
Valuations are based on the information you provide and are subject to a physical inspection. Our firm offer is made after inspection and remains valid for seven days. You confirm that you are the legal owner, or are authorised to sell, and that the vehicle is free from undisclosed finance, accident damage or outstanding recalls. Payment is made by bank transfer on the day of collection, after any outstanding finance has been settled.
09Finance
Nuwa Cars Limited is a credit broker, not a lender, and may receive a commission from the lender for introducing your business. Finance is subject to status and affordability, and is available to UK residents aged 18 and over. Representative examples are illustrative only; your rate will be confirmed in your agreement.
10Use of this website

11Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses where you buy as a consumer.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us first so that we can put things right.
